Protect your body from injury in a small class, boutique style, group setting. Class size is limited to keep our clients in safe and proper form, avoiding injuries. Small class size allows instructors to provide modifications to accomodate beginner, intermediate and advanced clients.

Here you'll enjoy a full schedule of complimentary fitness methods. Start with a Pilates class to strengthen your CORE abdominal and back muscles that in turn support your limbs in Barre class. Next stop in for Yoga to strengthen, stretch and relax your mind. Or reverse it and take a Barre class first, then work your CORE muscles in Pilates that also provides stretching to lengthen and stretch the body. Looking for more of a sculpt or cardio class? We have those too!
Here at Tower Barre we have everything from adult to kids fitness, pre/post natal, family fit, personal training, Pilates equipment private training sessions and nutritional plans. Don't see it on our list, just ask! We provide custom fitness plans for our clients and we'll even come to you!
