SIREENASireena found yoga practice in 2006 looking to rehab a serious back injury. After
working Finance she was also looking for a way to effectively manage and relieve stress. She fell in love with the mind & body connection she found through her Yoga practice. Sireena completed her Yoga RYT 200 Certification with Earth Yoga and is presently continuing her Yoga teaching education with ongoing trainings. She loves to learn about anatomy and is committed to providing a safe welcome environment.
KARINEFrench native now based in New York; I was introduced to yoga in India in 2003, and I have been practicing since then. I am a graduate from Integral Yoga Institute in NYC and an active teacher there, registered at Yoga Alliance. I do give One-on-One as well, groups, indoor and outdoor, and I started this Summer “Yoga Hikes”, guiding and helping people to re-connect, strengthen the body and quite the mind surrounded by nature. I am a passionate, spiritual, and artistic person.
